Allied Compatibility
LifeRing is compatible with many countries datalink interface standards. LifeRing comes preloaded with MIL-STD-2525 symbols. Changes in symbology can be performed to meet other countries requirements. LifeRing also interfaces with most military Command and Control Systems (GCCS, C2PC, FBCB2, JCR, Etc.) and is capable of using Cellular, Military Radio, MANET, Satellites in any combination.
Protocol Translation
AGIS Multi Domain Data Link (MDDL) provides the common operational picture between Air, Ground, Sea and Space systems by translation of their existing data link standard into a common format and then repositioning the format and communications method into one used by the accepting system. Data Links and Formats processed and translated include; Link-16, JVMF, OTH Gold, AIS, CoT, NATO NFFI, ADEM, NVG, IBS (partial), CD-2, PTT, GPS Tracking tags, Microsoft and other files attached to tracks, PTT, Full motion Video, Shot detectors, Laser designators, Seismic detectors and other data links and sensors. An interface to the F-35 MADL data link is also available.
